BUSINESS HOURS
The Deli grocery counter will be open for regular walk-in business. The restaurant will be open for dine in, carryout, curbside and regular delivery. Hot Breakfast is served only on Saturday and Sunday until 2:00pm and not during the week.
We are humbled by the kind messages we’ve received in recent days. Many of you have expressed the desire to share the comfort of Manny’s with those experiencing hardship and also financially support our 45 employees. It is a heart-warming reminder of the generosity that exists in times like these.
To that end, we’ve set-up this fund in an effort to support our community and employees by providing meals to families in need and those on the front lines. This will keep employees working, while helping those in need. Meals will be delivered to Chicago-area nonprofits and first responders (i.e. hospitals, firefighters, and police officers).
Our goal of $36,000 is meant to invoke the symbolic number ‘18 x 2’ or ‘double Chai,’ the Hebrew word for ‘life’. We’re grateful for any amount.
